Once you have confirmed your dates and price with us, just print, complete and return the form with your booking deposit (or hire fee) to us. If you cannot print a booking form, just let us know and we can email or post one out to you.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
  1. Once you know the dates you require get in touch via email or phone to check availability and price.
  2. If the dates you request are available, then please pay booking desposit of £50 within 7 days to confirm the booking. you will be sent a letter showing dates and details of payments required. You will also be sent a copy of our terms and conditions aswell.
  3. Once we receive your full payment, we will confirm directions and key collection with you in writing you and give you a receipt of final payment.
  4. Deposit will be returned when hire is completed.

PAYMENT DETAILS

We accept Cheques or Postal Orders and these are to made payable to "Mrs J.C MacLeod".

We will soon be offering an online payment system by PayPal.

For short notice bookings we can accept cash or cheque on arrival.

F.A.Q's

Do you accept pets? Yes, but you must get our written permission and abide by the park rules.

Can we pay by Credit Card? No, we can only accept cheques or Postal orders. On certain bookings we can accept cash on arrival.

How do we locate the caravan? Once we receive full payment, we will give you full directions on how to find the caravan, with proof of hire letter. We will usually leave the keys at the park reception for you to collect, if we cannot meet you in person.

Can we use the park facilities? Yes, you will be able to get daily park passes at the reception.

Can we smoke in the Caravan? No, anyone who smokes in the caravan will loose their deposit.
