TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS  
  1. All deposits must be paid within 7 days of confirmation of the dates being available. If deposit not paid then dates will become available for rehire.
  2. All outstanding hire costs must be paid 28 days prior to start of hire.
  3. If outstanding hire costs not paid, then deposit will be forfeited and dates will be made available for rehire.
  4. Any cancellations made after deposit has been paid, then the deposit will be forfeited.
  5. Any cancellations made after full balance has been paid, then refunds will be made at the caravans owners discretion. We recommend that you purchase insurance to safe guard against any cancellations.
  6. If booking is made at short notice, then full balance must be paid to confirm the booking. We define short notice as 28 days prior to hire date.
  7. An additional £50 refundable holding deposit is added to the holiday price, this is refunded after your holiday as long as the caravan has been left clean and tidy and there are no breakages or damage caused during your stay. Any damage caused to the caravan and the £50 will be kept towards the costs.
  8. Should the situation arise that you wish to change your holiday booking (subject to availability) or add/change members to your party (when possible), this can be done free of charge.
  9. Special Offers/Hires are subject to our normal Terms and Conditions, any exceptions to these will be stated in the individual Offer's own Terms and Conditions. All Special Offers are Non-Refundable, unless otherwise stated.
USE OF CARAVAN  
  1. Caravan will be made available from 3pm onwards on day of hire. Caravan must be vacated by 11am on final day of hire. These times can only be changed at the discretion of the caravan owner.
  2. The number of persons staying in the caravan, must not exceed those stated on the booking form and only persons nominated on the final booking form can stay in the caravan.
  3. We ask that you treat the caravan with respect and leave it in the condition that you found it. That is it will be clean and tidy when you enter, so please leave it in a similar condition.
  4. All bed linen will be provided. We will also provide a limited number of towels, therefore users might require to bring there own.
  5. Caravan users must not smoke inside the caravan.Your £50 refundable holding deposit will not be refunded and will pay for the caravan to be aired and cleaned by our cleaner.
  6. No pets will be allowed in the caravan without the owners permission which will be given in writing.
  7. No Under 21's groups or Single sex groups, due to being a family park.
  8. Failure to return or lose of keys will result in a ten pound charge to replace keys.
  9. Anybody using the caravan are expected to read and respect the park rules during their stay and note that the park management reserve the right to make changes to the rules at any time. Payment of a deposit constitutes accepting these responsibilities for all members of your party. A copy of the Park rules is available in the Caravan.
  10. The park management reserve the right to expel without recompense, any person for conduct that is detrimental to the Caravan/Park or the well being and safety of other Park visitors and staff or the Caravan itself.
  11. Person making the booking is responsible for any damage/breakage’s. Damages not rectified will result in holding deposit being forfeited. Any damages resulting in future hires having to be cancelled or altered, then persons responsible for damage will be liable for any costs incurred.
  12. Should the caravan become unavailable, due to circumstances beyond our control then a full refund will be made or alternate accommodation will be found on your behalf.
  13. Left belongings that are found will be returned once postage costs have been received. If after 14 days no payment is made then belongings will be discarded.
  14. Caravan owners will be not be responsible for loss or theft of any personal items with the caravan or caravan park. We recommend that you get your own personal insurance to cover theft/loss of personal items.
  15. Caravan owners do not accept liability for any personal injury which may be sustained by the people in the party during your holiday.
